So Blue

Just like I couldn't really stand the thought of dressing your sister all in pink, I don't think I want all blue for you. I figure I will end up with mostly blue, but I don't really want to start off that way. It seems so boring. And i do think it is true, a lot of the boys things i saw were pretty boring, at least when you are little. I like cars and animals and bikes, but am not a friend of the sports stuff.

Strong

Your father felt you kick 2 days ago. It was pretty exciting. I feel like you are a stronger child than your sister was. Not that she was a weakling, she was lifting her head off my shoulder at a very early age. BUT, your heart beat was stronger sooner and i definatly felt you kick sooner.

At the doctor's appointment you measured about 4 days older than you were. i don't know that we can put much stock in that, but maybe you are just a bigger kid. Hopefully, that means you will come earlier as well, but who knows!

We are starting to get really excited about seeing you. It is strange to refer to you as your name. I almost want to call you billy, but I think doing so would also be very sad. I miss my little brother.

I am glad you sister is getting a little brother though. Hopefully, you two will be very different individuals, but alike enough to be good friends. Either way, you are going to have similiar experiences so at least that will bind you together.

A boy. HURRAY. i cried when i found out. i really wanted you to be a boy.

i have also put on 10 lbs since the start of the pregnancy. Not too shabby.

Funny thing

It is a funny thing to catch a reflection of myself from the side. I can hardly beleive it is me. it is weird to carry around a spare tire.

People notice now that I am pregnant. Strangers will ask me about you.

I went and saw some people from church today who just had a baby. I walked into the room and she was nursing.

I really can't wait until you get here.

Lots of MOVING

i feel lots of moving in there.
i think i am in for a bumpy ride.

i am getting really excited. i find out in less than a week what sex you are going to be. I wish i already knew because there are so many good sales to hit.
